Waltham Forest Adult Skills Centre CIC is a community interest company based in Waltham Forest, London. Our mission is to remove the barriers that keep adults out of learning — cost, confidence, language, caring responsibilities and digital exclusion — and to replace them with practical courses that lead somewhere.

We provide accessible, community-focused learning for adults aged 19 and over across essential skills, digital inclusion, employability and personal development. Our learners include people who are unemployed, digitally excluded, new to the UK, or returning to study after a long break. Working from trusted venues in Leytonstone, Walthamstow and Chingford, and alongside local partners, we help people gain recognised qualifications, use online services independently and move into work or further study.
