These terms and conditions set out the basis on which you may use this website and enrol on courses delivered by Waltham Forest Adult Skills Centre CIC. By using this website or enrolling with us, you accept these terms.

6. Cancellation and refunds

7. Learner responsibilities

  • Attend regularly and let your tutor know if you cannot attend.

  • Complete work required by your awarding body where you are working towards a qualification.
  • Follow health, safety and safeguarding instructions in every venue.

8. Behaviour and withdrawal

We may withdraw a learner where behaviour puts others at risk or repeatedly disrupts learning. Any such decision follows our published procedure and can be appealed under our Complaints Policy.

9. Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
